Website and App Context

The Divyadindarshan website may process information related to Kundli, Rashifal, Panchang, AI Pandit, AI Vastu Checker, contact support and spiritual guidance features.

If Divya Palmistry AI or another related app is used, app-specific data such as account, subscription, analytics or uploaded content may be handled according to the applicable app flow and policy statements.

Advertising and Advertising Identifiers

Divya Palmistry AI uses Google AdMob to display banner and rewarded advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may collect or process advertising identifiers, device information, IP address, approximate location derived from the IP address, ad interactions, diagnostics, and consent choices for advertising delivery, frequency control, fraud prevention, measurement, and, where permitted and consented to, personalized advertising.

In regions where consent is legally required, the app displays a consent message before requesting advertisements. Users may accept, decline, or manage their advertising choices. Eligible users can review or change these choices from Profile > Ad Privacy Choices.

Optional Meta Ad Measurement

Divya Palmistry AI offers optional advertising measurement through the Meta SDK. It is off by default. If you enable Profile > Support > Meta ad measurement in an app version that includes this setting, the app sends app-open and completed-scan events to Meta to help measure the performance of our Facebook and Instagram ads. The SDK may also process an app-scoped device identifier, install-referrer information, device and app information, IP address, and event timestamps. This integration disables collection of the Android advertising ID and automatic purchase and interface-event logging.

We do not include palm photos, extracted palm features, reading contents, chat messages, age, gender, email addresses, or Firebase account identifiers in these Meta events. Your Google advertising choices are separate from this optional setting.

You can stop new measurement events at any time from Profile > Support > Meta ad measurement. Turning the setting off does not delete information already sent to Meta; queued information already recorded while enabled may still be delivered. Account Linking / Login

If you sign in with Google, phone or email, account data may be used to connect reports, payment access, saved guidance and support requests. This helps users access eligible services across sessions.

Payment data

Payments are processed through a payment provider. Divyadindarshan may store transaction reference, access status, plan type, order or payment IDs and related report entitlement for support and access verification.

We do not claim to store card, UPI PIN or banking credentials on the website.

Data retention

Basic account, report and payment-access records may be retained for support, fraud prevention, legal compliance and service continuity. Users may contact us for deletion or access requests where applicable.

Children's Privacy

This service is not intended for unsupervised use by children. Parents or guardians should guide use, especially when entering birth details or using spiritual guidance tools.

Responsible Data Note

Users should not submit highly sensitive medical, legal, financial or emergency documents unless specifically required for a stated support purpose.

Data Sharing

We do not sell user data. Information may be used or shared only where needed for service delivery, payment verification, security, legal compliance or user-requested support.
