This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the Divya Palmistry AI Android application published by Divyadindarshan under the package name com.divyadindarshan.palmreader.

- Account information: If you sign in with Google or another supported login method, we may collect your name, email address, profile identifier, and Firebase user ID.
- Palm scan content: Images of the palm that you upload or capture in the app for analysis.
- Reading inputs: Information you provide for a reading, such as hand selection, gender, age group, language preference, and any text or question you submit.
- Reading results: Generated palm reading results, extracted palm features, and saved reading history.
- Purchase and subscription information: Premium status, entitlement status, plan type, expiry date, and transaction-related identifiers required to validate purchases.
- Technical information: Basic device, app, log, and diagnostic information needed for security, bug fixing, and service performance.
2. How We Use Information
We use this information to:
- authenticate users and maintain their account;
- process palm images and generate palm reading results;
- save reading history and allow users to access past readings;
- manage subscriptions, premium access, and purchase verification;
- maintain app security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot technical issues;

3. How Palm Images and Reading Data Are Handled
Palm images and reading-related input are sent to our backend service at https://api.divyadindarshan.com for analysis and result generation.
- Palm images may be stored on our servers for service operation, troubleshooting, history, or quality improvement.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal data.
We may share data only with service providers necessary to operate the app, such as:
- Google Firebase, for authentication and app infrastructure;
- RevenueCat, for subscription and entitlement management;
- backend infrastructure providers used to process palm analysis and deliver app services;
- legal or regulatory authorities when required by law.
5. Subscription and Payments
In-app purchases are processed through Google Play. We do not store your card, banking, or UPI credentials in the app. We may store purchase status, entitlement status, transaction references, or subscription expiry information to manage premium access.
6. Data Retention
We retain account, reading history, subscription status, and related support records only for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud.
Users may request deletion of their account or stored data by contacting us.
7. User Choices and Rights
Users may:
- sign out of the app;
- request access to or deletion of their account data;
- manage subscriptions through their Google Play account.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Children's Privacy
Divya Palmistry AI is not directed to children under 13 and is not intended for use by children without parental supervision.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this page with a revised effective date.
